A great option is to get “Lamb’s Wool” and tread it across the toes such that it keeps the bottom from underlapping as much as possible. It’s old college. but it works. Remember Just, the main element to less feet pain is finding a footwear with a single that will not flex or flex.
The sole must be thick, rigid and non-flexible and wide at the base. Make sure the shoe has a broad rearfoot and toebox control. I am hoping that was helpful and you are wished by me good luck! Hello – sorry, I deleted my last two comments because they were filled with typos.

So, anyway, Since October I am a 43-year-old woman and also have been battling with a left feet injury. I had a whole great deal of pain in my own forefoot localized to the first metatarsal mind. I attribute the injury to walking a lot of miles in flip-flops – stupid I understand – and also many years of steep rocky trail running. I went through misdiagnosis after misdiagnosis for months. I insisted on an MRI Finally.
It works out that I have partial width tears in every five Plantar Plates. The physician I saw suggested trying to get the ligaments to cure through rest and physical therapy. Month I see another specialist next. I am fighting footwear. All my shoes hurt me. I purchased and returned many shoes from Amazon in the expectations of finding something that would work. I tried an array of stiff sold jogging shoes per the suggestion of the physician.
They all feel terrible. I purchased Birkenstocks and they seem OK, but after reading your remarks on other threads, I recognize that they don’t really have a backstrap and my feet are still doing a lot of gripping. I really do have custom orthotics, however the toe area is not very rigid. I looked online to try to order some crocs just, the ones you recommend, but they everywhere are sold-out. New balance doesn’t usually fit my foot because I’ve a super narrow heal even though my forefoot is quite wide.
